If an un-deployed casual shirt, tailored trousers pair, or structural outerwear piece arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as asymmetric collar stitching, missed hem loops, or surface yarn snags), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical size dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a garment verification claim, the items must be entirely unworn, unwashed, free of cologne or laundry detergent fragrances, clean of physical debris or skin oil traces, and stored inside their original pristine packaging with all factory hangtags and engineering security seals entirely untampered.

3.2 Hygiene Logistics & Custom Tailoring Exclusions

To maintain absolute sanitary security, bio-cleanliness, and immaculate fabric purity across our premium close-contact apparel network, any garment that has been worn for extended testing, exposed to washing water, altered by external tailoring services, or stripped of its factory product identification cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom bespoke sizing adjustments, corporate fleet insignia embroideries, or high-volume wholesale volume configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your apparel shipment or logistics cargo is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic inspection, weave alignment check, and microscopic seam audit to confirm its original sanitary soundness. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Fabricweave.
